While many are turned off by the "slightly dingy" appearance of this "no-frills", "personality-free" "en-route stop-over" near Interstate-17, those feeling generous point out that at least the pool is "clean", the staff "friendly" and (some) rooms remodeled; frequent "out of control" guests coupled with traffic noise can make for a restless night's sleep, but the library area with fireplace is "cozy" and the wireless complimentary – just note that breakfast isn't, and room service is nonexistent.

The carpets in hallways were dirty. Parking lot also dirty.

The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. They looked to have been recently updated. The room was spacious. The bed was not the most comfortable. I found the bedding was too thin for my liking, but the pillows were nice. The shower leaked. The breakfast was awesome. For how hot it was the air worked very well.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit. We stayed for 3 nights and the hospitality was great. The breakfast was being refilled as food ran out and was fresh.

The staff was very nice and I give them a 10.
The Bathroom.

The staff is great, but the hotel needs some renovations. Sink was cracked, toilet seat moved when you sat on it, the towels had holes in them and the AC was very noisy. It was 110 degrees out that day and our room was very hot when we arrived and it took forever to cool off. ...read more

The hotel room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the king-sized bed. The breakfasts were good.
TV channel selection was terrible. Reception wasn't good after they had some kind of change.

The location was good and the rooms were very quiet. The hotel was a great value for the Priceline price, especially since we stayed for over a week. It was clean and nicely decorated. Some of the breakfast staff needed to pay more attention to what they were suppose to do, but one man in particular was outstanding.
